This Privacy Policy explains how Kuromis VPN ("the Service," "we," or "us") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you download, install, or use the App. Unless otherwise required by law, data is handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the service.

When you download and launch the App, we may automatically collect operational data such as IP address, device model, operating system version, in-app events, crash logs, and approximate usage time. We may also process approximate location data to recommend suitable nodes, monitor regional performance trends, and send service notices, security alerts, or limited promotional updates through your registered email or username.

We may share aggregated or anonymized information with service providers such as Google Play Services or Firebase to support crash analysis, fraud prevention, analytics, and service improvement. We do not disclose personal information to third parties except where required by law, necessary to protect users or investigate abuse, or required for vendors operating under confidentiality obligations.

Account and support data may be retained during the service period and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, security, and operational requirements. If you want to delete your account or personal profile, contact support@kuromisfree.com. The App is not intended for children under 13, and if we learn that such data has been collected in error, we will take reasonable steps to remove it.
